@avandrapr is a Puerto Rican progressive metal band that made waves in the progressive metal scene in 2019 with the release of their critically acclaimed album Descender. This album was positively recieved by progressive metal fans worldwide. The band was searching for a new label to release their third upcoming album and found LRP to be a great fit for them.

Bandleader Christian Ayala had the following to when asked about the signing:

“Avandra is very proud to sign to such a great up-an-coming and hard working label like LRP! We can’t wait to start this journey together!”

The band is now working on their third release and more information about that will be revealed in the coming months!

Layered Reality Productions is ever growing and we are looking for a lady or gentleman to expand our team to do more great things! Even in these last COVID-ridden months we have released multiple new releases and kept our operation going strong. Now that the world is opening up and more bands/artists want to work with us, we are very much open to strengthening out current team!

What we expect/ask of you:

- Social media experience and activity (Multiple platforms)
- Willingness and ability to dive into the progressive music scene (Pre-knowledge/being a fan has preference of course!)
- English speaking and writing (We are a Dutch operation, but our main language is English)
- Lives in the vicinity of the Netherlands or is able to travel here. (International people may apply, but we have to look at workable details.)
- Willingness to make meaningful connections in the scene.
- Punctuality & Availability
- Dedication & Energy

You will become a part of a small hardworking team of progressive metal music lovers that wants to help artists to the best of their abilities. We are also open to working with dedicated students or people that are starting out with new promotional agencies in a business to business kind of construct. Normally we don't promote bands outside of the label roster, but today we gladly make an exception! Scottish progmetal masters Ramage Inc. launched a very special song today entitled "a quiet Earth". This song features over 30 guest musicians and is a massive collaboration for the charity work of "Doctors Without Borders" featuring a guest spot for the vocal work of @tdwprog as well!

The song is now available on bandcamp and all proceeds will go directly to this cause, so if you like what you hear, you know what to do!
