Avandra releases music video for Daybreak!

Fans of epic progmetal will have a good day, as Avandra launches the album closing track Daybreak as their third music video!

Avandra’s latest album ‘Prodigal’ is out now worldwide through Layered Reality Productions on Digipack CD and music streaming services!

The album’s epic closing track showcases all the hallmarks of Avandra’s sound in a beautiful and bombastic way, underlined by the dynamic footage shot at the band’s performance at Progpower Europe 2022, featuring keyboardist Vikram Shankar as a special guest!

Some of you sent messages (thanks for that!) to our inbox today seeing some... ‘interesting’ activity on our pages on the socials.

We have removed the posts made and can assure you that we are not involved in any bitcoin ponzi schemes with certain very famous millionaires right now.

We are just involved in kick ass prog, sympho and avantgare metal releases. That’s what we do. ;)

We changed our passwords and got it all back up and running again and we would advice you to do the same on your social media accounts if these have not been changed for a while.

We are plannign on many more cool things in the future and want to grow this thing more and more.

Fans of heavier progressive metal have been latching on to @apeironboundmusic 's new album 'Multiplicity' like crazy since it's release and to celebrate this, the band now launched a new music video for the song Absent Familiarity!
And thanks to our friends at The Progspace, the video is getting an exclusive premiere through their website right now!!!

The band's main writer and guitarist Andrew Stout explains what the song and video are about, saying:
"Absent Familiarity is a tale that explores themes of narcissism and the delusions of granduer through the protagonist. As the story progresses, you see them commit a series of actions that go from using others for their personal gain to flaunting their ego in a way that hurts their relationships. At some point, the protagonist goes through a crossroads led by their choices. This is the story of a person that chooses to unapologetically maintain that toxicity."

The music video might be different from what you would normally expect from a progmetal music video but that is also exactly why we at Layered Reality are excited about it!
