Somewhat surprising news reached us today, as the Melodic Prog. Death metallers of Sense Vs Sanity will be changing their lead vocalist soon! The band issued this statement this morning:
“…We regret to have to inform you that we have to part ways with our friend and vocalist Sander Blok. Sander was offered an opportunity to continue his educational courses in Leiden and cannot make it to continue his efforts in Sense vs Sanity. We would like to thank Sander for his effort up to now and wish him the best of luck in Leiden! On a brighter note, we have already found a replacement for Sander in Nikky Sriamin (ex-Noir, ex-Existence Denied, ex-Paradox Machine). Nikky has been a friend and fellow-musician for years and was looking for a metalband to focus on.
Nikky, welcome to the team!
Our last show with Sander will be on the 2nd of november at the Brainstorm festival in De Gigant, Apeldoorn. Our first show with Nikky will be on the 9th of november at Progpocalypse in Schaaf, Leeuwarden…”
